This aftermarket imported product is made from high-strength composite rubber and provides approximately 5lbs of weight resistance when used with Soloflex and some Body by Jake exercise machines. We recommend ordering in PAIRS if you use two bands at the same time. New bands and older bands feel different and typically produce asymmetrical resistance. This is due to the natural effects of aging on rubber. As rubber ages it becomes less pliable and therefore less flexible. Older bands feel harder (heavier) to stretch as compared to new bands.
